Re: Baycol Products Liability Litigation
November Term, 2001, No. 0001
Motion to Compel Glaxo's Answers to Interrogatories
Dear Judge Ackerman:
I have taken back the Motion that was filed against the defendants by letter dated May 20, 2002 in response to Glaxo's position that Exhibits "G" and "H" are confidential documents. At the time the documents were produced, Glaxo did not label them confidential. Hence, they were properly attached as exhibits. In light of the Stipulation partially resolving the Motion as to Glaxo, we will keep the original and refile the Motion at a further time, if necessary, regarding the request for information on the indemnification claims between the
defendants. GSK has agreed to supply Interrogatory Answers regarding the insurance questions on or before July 1, 2002.
Respectfully yours,
Sol H. Weiss
